  • Completely Disassemble The Unit & Inspect All Internal Components
  • All circuit boards, electronic controls & connectors are checked for corrosion and powder build-up
  • Electronic parameters are verified and adjusted as required
  • Solenoids valves are checked for leakage and proper operation
  • Internal & external water / air tubing is checked to insure good condition and that there are no leaks or have areas that are compromised
  • Mechanical components such as water and air regulators are checked for leakage and correct pressure
  • Perform Trace & Calibration Testing
  • The unit is recalibrated to original factory specifications

Ultrasonic Handpieces

Exchange or replace your existing magnetostrictive ultrasonic handpiece for a fully reconditioned assembly at big savings over a new handpiece. User installable for many units. Fully reconditioned – 1 year guarantee.

The handpiece is one of the most common part to require replacement in ultrasonic scalers. Some of the most common symptoms of a bad handpiece include the unit stopping and starting as you move the handpiece around or water dripping from the handpiece or cable.

For many units, this part can be replaced without sending the unit in for service. Typically, an exchange handpiece is less than half the cost of a new handpiece from the manufacturer.

You send in your handpiece and you receive a completely rebuilt handpiece. All functional parts are replaced, including the cable, wires, tubing, coils and seals. We have handpieces for most units in stock, so in most cases we can send you a replacement before you send in your original handpiece so you don't loose the use of your unit.

All exchange handpieces carry a 1 year warranty.
